The High Temperature Materials 2001 Symposium is dedicated to Professor Michio Yamazaki, Teikyo University of Science and Technology, the former Director of Materials Design Division, National Research Institute for Metals, in honor of his pioneering research and development work on design and development of superalloys, Ti-base alloys, and heat resisting steels.
The presented papers will be published in a special issue of Materials Science and Engineering A after a pure review.
